Camp Hammer Things (single camp - 5 weeks)

Camp Hammer Things is your new training ground — an outdoor functional fitness bootcamp built around the BAMF Hammer system. You’ll move, lift, swing, sweat, and learn a methodology that none of your friends are doing — yet.

No athletic experience required. Just show up, work hard, and commit to growth.

🔥 What to Expect:

• ✅ 4 weeks on, 1 week off — the rhythm of real progress

• 🛠️ Equipment provided: BAMF Hammers, landmines, sandbags, and more

• 🌤️ Outdoor training (moved indoors for rain)

🛠️Where and When:

• Camp Hammer Things partners with His Hands Church on the basketball courts on the right side of the building (If looking at the front of the building).
• The Address is 550 Molly Lane. Woodstock GA, 30189.
• Camp times are 6:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM.
• Camp takes place duing the week on Monday, Tuesday, thursday and Friday.
• Saturday Camps start at 9:30 AM at various locations around the woodstock and surrounding areas. These addresses will be announced in person and on the WhatsApp group.
